Terms and Conditions for Glenwood Inn

Introduction
Welcome to Oceanview Resort. We are committed to providing high-quality service to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone at 570-221-5905. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Cancellations must be made 14 days before the scheduled arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of one night's stay. In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges of $50 per hour.

Accommodations
We offer various room types, including Standard, Oceanview, and Suite. Maximum room occupancy must not exceed 3 persons. Pets are allowed with a fee of $25 per night. Our hotel is non-smoking, but designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Fees and Charges
All fees and charges are subject to a 12% tax and a 5% service charge. Additional charges apply for services such as room service, minibar, and special requests.

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, disturbances, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Amenities and Services
Our amenities include a pool, bastketball court and more, available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Safety and Security
We prioritize the safety and security of our guests. Surveillance cameras are in operation in all public areas, and security personnel are on duty 24/7. In case of emergency, please contact the front desk or dial the local emergency number provided in your room.

Liability Disclaimer
The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables. Lost and found items will be kept for 60 days before being disposed of or donated.
